Acceptable Use Policy

1. Be Honest and Accurate

Users must provide accurate information about identity, groups, grocery listings, quantities, prices, payment status, receipts, issues, and feedback.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use MarketCircle to:

• Commit fraud, process unauthorised payments, or misrepresent refunds, balances, or withdrawals.
• Sell, request, or distribute illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or restricted goods.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or exploit another user.
• Upload harmful, misleading, unlawful, private, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, spam, or automate access without permission.

3. Group Leader Responsibilities

Group Leaders should communicate clearly, keep lists and prices as accurate as possible, handle member contributions responsibly, upload truthful receipts, and respond to disputes or refund requests fairly.

4. Group Member Responsibilities

Group Members should review item details before requesting groceries, pay agreed contributions on time, collect or receive items as arranged, and report issues honestly.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, cancel groups, or report activity to payment providers or authorities where we believe this policy has been breached.

6. Reporting Abuse

Report misuse, fraud, safety concerns, or abusive behaviour to marketcircle.co@gmail.com.
